Current Version Support for Cloud Connectors

For AppViewX SaaS Customers

Because SaaS customers are automatically upgraded to the latest AppViewX version, only the following Cloud Connector versions are supported:

  • The latest version (n), and
  • The immediate previous version (n-1) of the Cloud Connector.

For Managed Kubernetes Customers

Support for Managed Kubernetes deployments is tied to the customer's current AppViewX version. Only the following Cloud Connector versions are supported:

  • The latest version (n) corresponding to the deployed AppViewX version, and
  • The immediate previous version (n-1).

Action Required

All versions not listed as supported (in the above tables) have now reached End-of-Life (EOL). These versions will no longer receive any further updates, security patches, or technical assistance. Continued use of EOL versions may expose your systems to security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and service disruptions.

AppViewX strongly advises and encourages all customers to proactively upgrade their Cloud Connector instances to the latest available version as soon as possible. Staying up to date ensures that you have access to the latest features, critical security enhancements, and performance improvements.
